About these terms
These terms apply to the ThinkersKlub website, learning platform, free games and coding editors (together, "the service"), operated by REALYOUSELF CYBERENQUETEUR BHAVYANSHU PRIVATE LIMITED. By using the service you agree to them. If you use ThinkersKlub through a school, the school's agreement with us also applies, and takes priority where the two differ.
If you are under 18, please use ThinkersKlub with the knowledge of your parent, guardian or teacher.
Accounts
- Accounts for students and staff are created by their school or by us at the school's request.
- Keep your password private and don't let anyone else use your account.
- Tell your teacher or us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
- We may suspend an account that is misused, or when the school asks us to.
Using ThinkersKlub fairly
When you use the service, please don't:
- upload anything unlawful, hurtful, or that you don't have the right to share;
- try to access other people's accounts, answers or data;
- try to break, overload or get around the security of the service;
- copy our lessons, videos, games or software to offer elsewhere; or
- use the service to bully, harass or impersonate anyone.
Your work
Projects, answers and AI models that students create belong to them. You give us permission to store and display that work inside the service — for example, to the student's teacher — so that we can provide it. We don't use students' work for marketing without permission from the school and the family.
Our content
The ThinkersKlub name and logo, lessons, videos, slides, games, characters and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Schools may use them with their students as part of their agreement with us. Some parts of the service use open-source software and openly licensed artwork; these remain under their own licences, listed on our Credits & Licenses page.
Free games and editors
The free games and editors are offered as they are, without an account and without charge. We may change or withdraw them at any time. Work done there is kept only in your browser unless you sign in.
Fees
School programmes, kits and professional services are charged as agreed in a written quote or agreement. Our Refunds & Cancellations policy explains what happens if plans change.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep ThinkersKlub running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may improve or change features from time to time, and we'll give schools reasonable notice of changes that affect them significantly.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. For schools and clients, liability is set out in their agreement with us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of [City], India.
