What this covers
This policy covers payments made to REALYOUSELF CYBERENQUETEUR BHAVYANSHU PRIVATE LIMITED for school programmes, hardware kits and professional services. Where a signed agreement or quote says something different, that agreement applies.
School programmes
- A school may cancel within 15 days of payment, before student accounts are activated, for a full refund.
- After accounts are activated, fees for the current term are non-refundable; fees paid for later terms are refunded in full if cancelled before that term begins.
- Teacher training sessions already delivered are not refundable.
Hardware kits
- Kits that arrive damaged or faulty are replaced free of charge if reported within 15 days of delivery.
- Unopened kits can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund, less shipping costs.
- Opened kits can't be returned unless they are faulty.
Software, AI and simulation projects
Projects are billed in milestones set out in the quote. Work completed up to the date of cancellation is payable; payments for milestones not yet started are refunded.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your invoice number and the reason. We'll confirm within 3 working days, and approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
